Midland, MI
Medical Procedures Center, PC
Dermatologist opening / private practice available
Currently the Medical Procedures Center, PC (MPC) is a solo private practice limited to office surgery and procedures. Although John L. Pfenninger, MD is a board-certified family physician, and the office provides a variety of medical procedures (www.mpcenter.net), approximately 70% of the practice is now surgical dermatology (no MOHs). MPC receives referrals from over 220 providers annually. The present owner wishes to move into semi or full retirement. Ideally, the practice would be acquired by a dermatologist to assume the large dermatology practice. (There is no need to continue offering the other options) The building was completed in 2005 and often quoted as “the most beautiful in the TriCities” Ideally, two practitioners would optimize the space available. Currently, a nurse provides a large range of aesthetic procedures but this portion of the practice could also be readily expanded.

Midland has a strong need for a dermatologists.

This is a “turnkey operation” opportunity with trained staff, biller, accountant, extensive equipment and more in place. At the same time, the practice could be tailored as desired.

Midland is an ideal community in which to live. It is a small town with a big town atmosphere. The majority of the patients benefit from employer provided health insurance. Two fortune 500 companies are located here (Dow and Down Corning) and four universities are within a 30 minute drive. It is an excellent location to raise children and boasts of many outdoor opportunities.

All options and arrangements can be discussed. For further information contact:
