• Click on the Order FedEx Supplies link above
• Sign In
• Click on Preprinted FedEx Express Airbills
• Select FedEx Domestic Airbill
• Click on Continue
• Choose Quantity from drop-down menu
• Confirm your FedEx Account Information
• Click on Additional Options
• Confirm Sender Information
• Fill in Recipient Information (this information must be exact)

• Service Type – Select FedEx Standard Overnight
• Packaging – Select Other
• Billing – Select Bill Recipient - Very Important - If Bill Recipient is not selected, you will receive invoices for shipping charges.
• Bill to FedEx Account Number - Contact Rachael Tierney at 1-800-541-8531 to obtain Richfield’s FedEx account number. For security/fraud reasons, we do not post our FedEx account number online.
• Click Review Order
• Click Confirm Order to place your Preprinted FedEx Airbill order.
• TIP – To avoid running out of Preprinted FedEx Airbills, insert a reorder Post-It note about halfway through the stack.

Instructions to order FedEx Large Clinical Paks (Shipping Envelopes)

• Click on the Order FedEx Supplies link above
• Sign In
• Click on FedEx Express Specialty Supplies
• In the packaging section, choose quantity of FedEx large Clinical Pak from drop-down menu
• Click Add to Order
• Click Confirm Order to place your FedEx Large Clinical Pak order
